Ecological Ethidium Removal System Product Flyer
The Bind-ET™ Ethidium Removal System provides an elegant and easy way to remove large quantities of Ethidium from contaminated inorganic solution.
The cartridge has a total capacity of at least 2 g of Ethidium. This equals 4,000 l of a typical electrophoresis buffer or staining solution (at a concentration of 0.5 µg/ml).
Saturated cartridges can be disposed of via incineration.

PDC Pump Start Delay Controller
The PDC Pump Start Delay Controller starts the circulation pump of the SEA 2000® after a pre-set time. The delay is required to allow the DNA/RNA to enter the gel before buffer circulation begins. For each application there is an optimal delay:
* 1.5 min: for PCR CheckIT® gels
run at 20°C; Spreadex® and
Poly(NAT)® gels run at 55°C
* 4.5 min: for Poly(NAT)® and
Spreadex® gels run at 20°C
* 12 min: for GMA gels run at temperatures below 15°C

DWT Dual Wavelength Transilluminator
The DWT Dual Wavelength Transilluminator is suited to visualize EtBr- and SYBR-stained DNA/RNA (e.g. in electrophoretic gels). The transilluminator features two different wavelengths of 254 nm and 312 nm and light intensities (100% and 70%), respectively. The integrated cooling fan prevents gels from overheating.

ETP External Temperature Probe
The External Temperature Probe (ETP) monitors the temperature of the running buffer during electrophoresis. The external water bath adjusts the temperature accordingly to keep it at a per-set constant value.

PSE Electrophoresis Power Supply
The PSE Power Supply provides 200 V and 2000 mA in 1 volt and 10 mA increments.
The PSE is suited to run up to two ORIGINS and three SEA 2000® apparatus simultaneously at 55°C.

TCB Thermostated Circulating Water Bath
The Thermostated Circulating Water Bath (TCB) is the smallest available thermostat. It enables full temperature control during electrophoresis in the range of 5°C to 60°C with a precision of 0.1°C.
Connected to the proper coupling adaptor the water bath is able to maintain the temperature of up to three SEA 2000 units.
